Childlife Preschool operates two licensed early childhood education centers in Tampa, Florida - one in the Carrollwood/Citrus Park area at 13140 Lynn Rd (33625) and one in the Countryway/Westchase area at 11201 W Waters Ave (33635). Both locations are operated Otter Learning and serve children from 6 weeks through school age with STEM-based curriculum, infant care, preschool, pre-kindergarten, and Florida's free Voluntary Pre-Kindergarten (VPK) program. Childlife Preschool is a licensed childcare provider regulated by the Florida Department of Children and Families (DCF).

Programs offered at both Tampa Childlife Preschool locations: Infant Care (6 weeks - 12 months), Toddler (12-24 months), Junior Preschool (2 - 3 years), Preschool (3 - 4 years), Pre-Kindergarten (4 - 5 years), and FREE Florida VPK for eligible 4-years-olds.
