Eligible employees may be reimbursed up to an agreed upon amount per year for continuing education through an accredited program that either offers growth in an area related to their current position or that may lead to promotional opportunities. This education may include college credit courses, continuing education unit courses, seminars and certification tests that are job related.

Otter Learning provides a company subscription for the Child Care Education Institute (CCEI) to access professional development webinars. The subscription is intended to allow employees to fulfill state licensing and Otter Learning professional development requirements for continued training. All employees are included in this subscription to increase their knowledge and to improve professional practice. All webinars have continuing educations credits (CEU’s) attached and can count toward annual training hours required by licensing agencies.
