Discuss the benefits of partnering with Otter on a potential sale (Growth, resources, etc.)

Execute a non-disclosure agreement to protect both parties from disclosing sensitive financial information or ongoing operational information

Present a non-binding offer letter which outlines the key terms of the agreement including the purchase price

Conduct legal, financial, real estate and due diligence as we work towards a closing of the transaction

Transition the license and fund the transaction upon signing of all legal documentation

Work directly with the you (The Seller) for a transitional period to optimize operational and systems integration
